Weighed in this morning and was SO EXCITED AND STOKED to see 155 on the scale! Crossing that goal weight off in just a second! Hoping to power through the next five pounds. Haven’t seen the 140s since early 2011.  Anyone else reach a goal weight this week?

vegetable-lover: Today I’ve been thinking that I haven’t really felt comfortable or happy while clothes shopping pretty much EVER. I’m just now feeling like I can change that. I used to doubt myself, but I’m really feeling confident and in love with my body. Hopefully this isn’t just a fleeting feeling.

DIY Racer Back Workout shirt! →
So while going through some blogilates youtube videos looking for a workout (I found it!) I found this video. It’s a DIY tutorial for a racer back workout tee. Just finished mine. I used an old OU shirt I’ve had for forever and it’s been brought back to life! Love it!  Try it out! It’s really fun and it only takes a few minutes, and if you’re like me, fun workout clothes motivate you to workout....

Registering for my first ever 5K. It’s in March so I have plenty of time (hopefully) to get ready for the big day!
